How to prevent Hair loss/control, alopecia areata naturally

According to hair experts, losing 50-100 strands of hair every day is fairly normal. There are many readily available ingredients can be used to treat hair loss at home. You can stop hair fall in its tracks with these simple home remedies.

Coconut oil for prevent hair loss:

Coconut has essential fats, minerals, proteins and rich in potassium and iron which reduce hair breakage and promote hair growth but also conditions it.

Massage your scalp with Coconut oil. Proper scalp massage will increase blood flow to the hair follicles, condition the scalp, and enhance the strength of your hair’s roots. It will also promote relaxation and reduce feelings of stress.

 Steps:

• Take pure and fresh coconut oil
• Warm a bit of coconut oil and Massage Coconut oil onto your hair and scalp by applying light pressure with your fingertips.
• Wash your hair after one hour.
• Do this at least once a week. 

Fenugreek (Methi seeds) for prevent hair loss:

Fenugreek, also known as methi, is highly effective in treating hair loss. Fenugreek seeds contain hormone antecedents that enhance hair growth and help rebuild hair follicles. They also contain proteins and nicotinic acid that stimulate hair growth.

It controls the hair fall, makes hair shinier and thicker than before and cures scalp infections.

Steps

•  Take a cup of Fenugreek seeds (methi) and soak them in water at night. Keep this overnight. The next day morning take those fenugreek seeds and grind them to make a paste.
• Apply this paste on your scalp gently. Avoid too much pulling or tugging as that can lead to hair breakage.
• Keep this fenugreek seeds paste on the scalp for an hour and then rinse off with warm water.
•  Repeat this treatment at least once a week to get maximum benefits.

Onion Juice for prevent hair loss:

Onion is a rich source of sulfur which helps in hair growth by increasing blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles. It has antibacterial activity which helps to kill germs and parasites and treat scalp infections.

According to Journal of Dermatology (2002), almost 70 percent of the study participants who applied onion juice on the scalp experienced significant hair regrowth.

Steps:

• Take one onion cut it fine pieces and squeeze out its juice.
• Apply the juice on your scalp and let it stay for 20 minutes.
• Now wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
• Use this method twice a week.

Egg with Olive oil for prevent hair loss:

Eggs contain a large amount of protein ranging from 3.6 to 6.5 g per and rich source of sulfur, phosphorous, selenium, iodine, zinc. Hair is composed of 70 percent keratin protein, so egg protein helps to promote hair growth and prevent hair fall.

Steps:

• ·         Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil to get fine paste.
• ·         Apply paste to the entire scalp and hair.
• ·         Keep it on for about 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water and a mild shampoo.

Aloe Vera Gel or Juice for prevent loss:

Aloe Vera contains enzymes that directly promote healthy hair growth. Aloe vera is an excellent natural moisturizer and skin conditioner. It has alkalizing properties which help to reduce flaky, itchy scalp and reduce dandruff.

Steps:

• ·         Take juice from fresh aloe vera. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp.
• ·         Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
