Delicious foods that help you diet? It sounds too good but it's true. No doubt Weight loss comes down to simple step. You have to eat fewer calories than you burn. Certain foods can help you reduce body weight.
Beans for weight loss: 
Beans are a great source of protein. Beans are also high in fiber and slow to digest. That means you feel full longer, which may stop you from eating more that leads to burn more calories from body. Beans are Inexpensive, filling and versatile.


Eating vegetables to lose weight:
Vegetables have Fiber contents, proteins and vitamins. Proteins helps you feel full longer and reduce cravings. Include healthy foods like apples, berries, low-fat yogurt, quinoa, oats, whole wheat, buckwheat, brown rice, beans, pulses, spinach, broccoli and other fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your diet.

Green tea for weight loss:
Drink lots of green Tea in the morning. It has natural caffeine, high range of antioxidants that helps to increase metabolism and aid in losing weight.
The Catechins in green tea are particularly good for increasing fat burning by releasing fat from fat cells. Drink 2 - 3 cups of green tea in a day.



 Apple cider vinegar for weight loss:
Apple cider vinegar assists in weight loss due to its acetic acid content. Acetic acid has been found to help prevent the accumulation of body fat. Apple cider vinegar also helps your body absorb nutrients from the food you eat, treats digestive issues and fights infections. You can gradually increase the amount of apple cider vinegar up to 2 tablespoons per glass

  2. Happiness is all i see now I never thought that I will be cured from HERPES virus again.
