How to lose Weight fast (weight loss)

Now a days weight loss is difficult task to people for that I have nice tips to lose weight

 Drinking More Water for weight loss:


·         Drink plenty of water in a day to help flush out toxins from body. It is recommended to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. It helps to burn fat in body and increases digestion, relieves fatigue.

·         Do not drink water immediately after a meal as it may weaken digestion. It is best to drink water about 30 minutes after eating a meal.


 Eating vegetables to lose weight:


  •  Vegetables have Fiber contents, proteins and vitamins. Proteins helps you feel full longer and reduce cravings. Include healthy foods like apples, berries, low-fat yogurt, quinoa, oats, whole wheat, buckwheat, brown rice, beans, pulses, spinach, broccoli and other fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your diet.
  • These help you stay healthy. In vegetables low calories but rich nutrition. This habit helps you lose weight and look fit. 

v  Drink lots of Green Tea for weight loss:



  •      Drink lots of green Tea in the morning. It has natural caffeine, high range of antioxidants that helps to increase metabolism and aid in losing weight.
  •     The Catechins in green tea are particularly good for increasing fat burning by releasing fat from fat cells. Drink 2 - 3 cups of green tea in a day. 


v  Avoid Snacks and Stop eating sugar for weight loss:

  •      Avoid snacks to lose weight. Sugar also produces an extra fatty substance in the body that makes you unfit and causes health problems. So stop eating sugar to lose weight. 



v  Required sleep for weight loss:


  •     Proper sleep and relaxation play an important role in promoting weight loss. In fact, not getting enough sleep effects your hunger and fullness hormones, affects your metabolism adversely and alters the way your genetics influence your body mass index (BMI). Get 8 hours sleep in a day help to lose Weight.


v  Exercise program for weight loss:



  •         Exercise helps reduce stress and improve metabolism, mood and sleep quality. It also lowers risk of developing chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers. Do 30 to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an everyday helps to lose weight easily.

How to Check Body mass index (BMI)

Hi friends today i would like to give information Body mass index (BMI).........

Body Mass Index (BMI):
BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height, and is universally expressed in units of kg/m2, resulting from mass in kilograms and height in meters.

 Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight.




BMI Formula and Calculation:



Example for 175 cm height und 70 kg weight:
BMI = 70 / (1.75 * 1.75) = 22.86




BMI Categories:  

1) Under weight = < 18.5 



2) Normal weight = 18.5–24.9




3) Overweight = 25-30




4) Obesity = 30 or Greater







How to get rid of Acne or Pimple

There are different types of methods to control Acne naturally.........

Aloe Vera Gel for Acne treatment:

Aloevera is one of the oldest and most popular remedies for acne. It contains gibberellins and polysaccharides which kills acne-causing bacteria. Aloe vera is a natural astringent that removes excess oil, dirt, and dead skin cells which further block skin pores and cause bacterial infection.
Aloe vera reduces the redness, inflammation, and pain associated with acne as it is a natural anti-inflammatory and has soothing properties.

Steps:

·         First wash your face gently with water.
·         Extract the gel from a fresh aloe vera leaf and Apply it on the affected area
·         Let for 15 – 20 minutes and rinse with water.

·         Repeat this method daily for best results.




Lemon juice for Acne:

Lemon contains Vitamin C and it has Acidity nature due to critic acid. This acidic nature helps to clean the skin pores properly and kill the bacteria. Lemon is a natural skin whitener and it contains an Astringent, which will cause a contraction of body tissues to reduce the acne.





Steps:
  •  Take a fresh Lemon and collect slice of lemon.
  •  Apply Slice by rubbing on the affected area of Acne.
  •  Leave it for 2 hours without disturbing the affected place.
  •   Finally rinse your face with water.




Neem with Turmeric for Acne:


Neem or Indian Lilac is having fungicidal and antiviral properties. This properties help to kill the bacteria and cure various skin problems including acne in a faster way.





Steps:
  • Take a few neem leaves and make it like a fine paste by adding water to it.
  • Add a little amount of Turmeric powder and mix it well.
  • Apply the paste on the affected part of the skin.
  • Leave for an hour and wash your face with water.
  • By doing this process regularly, help to heal the acne very fast.
Or
  •   Take fresh neem oil add pinch of turmeric powder and mix it well
  •   Apply the mixture on the affected part of the skin.
  •   Leave for an hour and wash your face with warm water.

Tea tree oil for Acne:

Tea tree oil has antibacterial properties that help to fight with the bacteria that cause these skin problems. It has soothing properties which help to reduce redness and inflammation of Acne. It is also used in white heads and black heads.


Steps:
  • Rinse your face with Water and allow it to dry for some time.
  • Take some amount of Tea Tree Oil.
  • Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree oil. Apply it on the affected skin,
  • Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Do it regularly for better results.

Honey for Acne:

Honey is a source of natural antibiotics and It has anti-inflammatory, Moisturizing properties which helps to reduce redness and inflammation of Acne.


Steps:
  •            Take a small amount of Honey and apply it on the affected skin.
  •          Leave it for about 30 minutes.
  •          Rinse the affected part with warm water.
  •          Do this process regularly.


Baking Soda (Sodium bicarbonate) for Acne:

Baking soda is another effective home remedy to get rid of Acne and pimples because it helps to remove oil, dirt and dead skin cells.


Steps:
  • Take a bowl of Baking soda and mix it water in equal parts to form thick paste.
  • Massage that paste on your face or affected part.
  • Apply it like a mask. Let it sit for around 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Wash your face thoroughly with warm water & dry it to apply moisturizer.

Toothpaste for Acne:

The toothpaste that you use every morning to clean your teeth also can be used to treat Acne and pimples quickly. It is most effective when used following the ice remedy. You must use white toothpaste avoid using gel toothpaste.


Steps:
  • Take a small amount of Tooth Paste, which we use regularly.
  • Apply it on affected area.
  • Tooth paste will help not to swell the acne and makes it dry for the whole night.
  • Wash the affected part on the morning with water.
  • Do this regularly, within few days acne will disappear.


Using Steam for Acne:

The steam opens skin pores, flushing out impurities of the skin and allow your skin to breath. This helps to get rid of oils, dirt and bacteria trapped in the pores that can cause infection or inflammation. It is wonderful method for skin.


Steps: 
       
·      Take a pot full of water & boil it.
·        Pour the boiled water in a large bowl. Place your face above the bowl to grab the steam.
·        Drape the towel or some other cloth over your head for not to escape the steam to outside.
·        After 10-15 minutes remove the towel & pat your face to dry. Do this regularly.

Radiation frequency or level is measured by Specific absorption rate (SAR).

What is SAR?
Specific absorption rate is a measure of the rate at which energy is absorbed by the human body when exposed to a radiation frequency electromagnetic field.
                                         



It is defined as the power absorbed per mass of tissue and has units of watts per kilogram (W/kg). 

According to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the U.S. Government, Industry Canada of the Canadian Government (IC) and INDIA the SAR limit is 1.6W/kg averaged over 1 gram of actual tissue.

According to Council of the European Union (EU) the SAR limit is 2.0W/kg averaged over 10 g of actual tissue.

Example:
    SAR Level
                HEAD SAR:  0.858 W/Kg
                BODY SAR:  0.793 W/Kg

If results shows SAR below 1.6 watts per kilogram (1.6 W/kg) then it is Normal otherwise you are advised to change smartphone immediately because it effects your health.
