Constipation Causes, symptoms and natural remedies (DIY)

Hi Friends today I would like to discuss about Remedies of Constipation. Almost everyone experiences constipation at some point in their life. Constipation is temporary problem and not serious.

What is Constipation?

Constipation is a symptom, It refers to bowel does not move easily or regularly. Constipation is Acute or Chronic Condition. In this Condition stools (bowel motion) may be hard and difficult to pass from Colon. It is a common cause of painful defecation.
Straining during bowel movements or the feeling of incomplete evacuation may also be reported as constipation.



Symptoms:

·         Hard or lumpy stool
·         Trouble having bowel movements (Straining)
·         sensation of rectal blockage
·         sensation of incomplete emptying of your bowel





Causes of Constipation:

The following is a list of some of the most common causes of constipation:


  • Poor Diet:
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
  •  Poor Bowel Habits
  • Pseudo-Constipation
  • Pregnancy.
  • Fissures and Hemorrhoids
  •  Medications.
  • Colonic Motility Disorders.
  • Laxative Abuse.
  • Hormonal Disturbances
  •  Specific Diseases
  •  Loss of Body Salts
  • Mechanical Compression





How to prevent Constipation:


Pure Olive oil and Lemon juice to relieve Constipation:

Olive oil would make sure things in your stomach, digestive system and colon move freely without any obstacles.

Ingredients

Olive oil
Lemon juice

Method of preparation:

  •  Take One tablespoon of Pure Olive oil, Slowly mix the One teaspoon of Lemon juice to Olive oil until get fine mixture.
  • Olive oil acts as a Stool softener and It helps to stimulate the Digestive system that leads to move Stools through Colon easily. Lemon juice acts as a Natural aid for Constipation because it has Citric acid. It is responsible for increasing bowel movement.





Fresh Lemon juice and Hot Water to relieve Constipation:

Lemon juice is a common home remedy for constipation and it can cure you of your troubles in fast. Drinking a glass of lemon juice in the morning will make sure that your digestive system is cleansed of all impurities before the day ends

One fresh lemon
One cup of Warm water

Method of Preparation:

  •  Add one fresh Lemon juice to the cup of warm Water until get fine mixture.
  • Water helps to flush out toxins and undigested material. Lemon has antibiotic properties. It stimulates digestive system.  It helps to increase the movement of stool from colon and relieve from constipation.






Use high fiber content foods:

Eat high soluble fiber diet that includes fresh fruits, and vegetables. Fiber acts like a sponge. It draws water from its surroundings and making it swell. It softens stool helps to move stools easily from colon. Vegetables have rich of fiber content.
